A rare handmade vintage 2-piece periwinkle costume set featuring a dramatically fringed long-sleeve crop top and ultra-low-rise micro mini skirt, finished with substantial silver-tone metal cutout hardware.
Stretchy, body-hugging and made to move, this set combines cowgirl fringe, Y2K micro-mini proportions and ethereal fairy-girl color into one unforgettable look.
