A rare vintage Y2K cowgirl set in bold red and white, featuring thick, slinky stretch fabric that hugs your curves and handmade fringe that moves with you. Your statement look for a cowgirl Halloween costume, country concert or Western festival outfit.

• Red cutout crop top with open shoulders, long sleeves, dramatic handmade fringe and substantial silver-tone metal barbell hardware at the bust.
• White ultra-low-rise micro shorts in thick stretch fabric, finished with a tiny back pocket.
• Removable black neoprene belt with silver-tone buckle.
• Pair of structured geometric neoprene wrist cuffs with metal grommets and lace-up detailing.
