Shipping Policy

Our studio is based in Southern California, U.S.A. We ship direct from our studio — we do not drop ship.

Where we ship from

We locally warehouse U.S.A. made, quality garments and ship directly from Southern California.

Shipping address changes

All orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Once an order is submitted, a shipping label is generated immediately and we are unable to change the shipping address after this point.

If you email support@denalibrand.com immediately, we may be able to hold shipment and process a customer charge for a new shipping label to the corrected address.

Processing & shipping schedule

  • We ship daily Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. observed holidays).
  • Orders are processed and shipped same-day if placed before 12PM PST / 3PM EST.
  • We also ship every Saturday. For same-day Saturday processing, orders must be placed before 9AM PST / 12PM EST.

Carrier responsibility & deliveries

Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, it is deemed in transit and under the responsibility of the carrier (typically USPS; UPS when necessary).

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages before or after they are scanned as delivered.

We strongly recommend theft-prevention measures like mailbox key locks and strategically placed mailbox cameras.

  • Priority Mail
  • Flat Rate
  • Next Day Air & Overnight Express

International shipping

We offer multiple international methods and rates, including:

  • International Economy
  • International Standard (6–10 business day delivery)
  • International Express
