  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstance. If you have questions regarding size or fit, please utilize our chat system for assistance. We are dedicated to helping you make informed purchasing decisions.

  2. Shipping Information:

    • We ship all orders locally from California, U.S.A.
    • All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Once an order is submitted, a shipping label is generated immediately. We are unable to make any changes to the shipping address after this point.
  3. Shipping Responsibility: Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, it is deemed to be in transit and under the responsibility of the carrier (usually USPS). We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages before or after they are scanned as delivered.

  4. Branded Tags: Please note that branded tags (excluding Denali Brand items) of DS vintage items may be clipped at the base prior to shipping.
