Refund Policy: 

  • All Sales Are Final. We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstance.
  • If you have questions regarding size or fit, please utilize our chat system for assistance. We are dedicated to helping you make informed purchasing decisions.
  • We physically inspect each and every garment that we ship out of our studio, however human error can happen and if you do receive a defective item, please immediately email photos to support@denalibrand.com, referencing your order number within 5 days of delivery in same | unworn condition as received.

Shipping Policy:

  • Our studio is based in Southern California, U.S.A. where we ship direct from.  We do not drop ship. We locally warehouse U.S.A. made, quality garments.
  • All orders will be shipped to the address provided through checkout. Once an order is submitted, a shipping label is generated immediately. We are unable to make any changes to the shipping address after this point. If you email us at support@denalibrand.com immediately - we may be able to hold shipment of your order and process a customer charge for the purchase of a new shipping label to the newly provided, correct shipping address.


Shipping Responsibility

  • We ship daily Monday through Friday (with the exception of US observed holidays) and orders are both processed and shipped out same-day, if placed before 12PM PST | 3PM EST.

  • We also ship every Saturday and for same-day order processing, Saturday orders must be placed before 9AM PST | 12PM EST.

  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages before or after they are scanned as delivered. We highly support the use of theft prevention mailbox key locks and strategically placed mailbox cameras.

  • Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, it is deemed to be in transit and under the responsibility of the carrier (typically USPS, however we ship with UPS when necessary).

Domestic Shipping: 

  • We offer a variety of US shipping rates including: ground economy, priority mail, flat rate, next day air & overnight express.

International Shipping:

  • We offer a variety of international shipping methods and rates including:  international economy, international standard (6-10 business day delivery), and international express.

Branded Tags:

  • Please note that branded tags of dead stock vintage items may be clipped at base by suppliers, prior to receiving garments. This is out of our control, as it depends on our products source.
