- Our studio is based in Southern California, U.S.A. where we ship direct from. We do not drop ship. We locally warehouse U.S.A. made, quality garments.
- All orders will be shipped to the address provided through checkout. Once an order is submitted, a shipping label is generated immediately. We are unable to make any changes to the shipping address after this point. Shipping Responsibility:
- We ship daily Monday through Friday (with the exception of US observed holidays) and orders are both processed and shipped out same-day, if placed before 12PM PST | 3PM EST.
- We also ship every Saturday and for same-day order processing, Saturday orders must be placed before 9AM PST | 12PM EST.
- We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages before or after they are scanned as delivered. We highly support the use of theft prevention mailbox key locks and strategically placed mailbox cameras.
- Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, it is deemed to be in transit and under the responsibility of the carrier (typically USPS, however we ship with UPS when necessary).
